SMS Terms and Conditions

LeasePilot is the sender of the text messages under this program. Its AI leasing assistant texts, from LeasePilot's own numbers, people who have inquired about a rental property listed by one of the licensed real estate brokerages, leasing offices and property management companies that use LeasePilot (our “Customers”), and people who asked about LeasePilot's own demo listings or requested a demo. Texts about LeasePilot's own listings run under LeasePilot's registered campaign and open with “LeasePilot:”; texts about a Customer's listings run under that Customer's own registered brand and campaign and open with “LeasePilot for [Customer name]”. Messages are used to respond to your inquiry, ask the screening questions the Customer requires, schedule and confirm property showings, send reminders before a showing, and follow up when a call was missed. Messages are transactional and conversational in nature; we do not send promotional or marketing texts under this program.

You receive messages only after you have given consent, for example by:

• submitting an inquiry about a property through a listing portal, a website form or a Customer’s CRM that includes your mobile number and a consent statement;
• calling or texting a Customer’s number about a property; or
• saying yes when the assistant asks, on a recorded call, “Is it okay to text you?” after explaining what will be texted and that STOP opts out.

Consent is never a condition of viewing, applying for or renting a property. Each path, with the exact language used, is documented at leasepilotos.com/sms-opt-in. The first message in a thread identifies LeasePilot, the Customer and the assistant, and states how to opt out.

Message frequency varies with your inquiry. A typical thread is 2 to 10 messages over the days around a showing. You will not receive recurring messages after your inquiry is resolved unless you start a new conversation.

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by your mobile carrier. LeasePilot does not charge you for messages.

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from that number. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts. You can also opt out by replying UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT. Opting out of text messages does not stop other communications you have separately agreed to.

Reply HELP to any message for assistance, email support@leasepilotos.com, or contact the Customer whose number you are texting.

Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular and most regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We handle your information as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
